咆哮聲波

晚上，我心情懊惱。一組人被教授打得落花流水，潰不成軍，我們在宿舍的電視房 Common Room 坐，在昏暗的燈光下咬著變涼的三文治，彼此無言。

「不要這樣吧，小寧。」朱公子生性豁達，首先走來安慰我。「有人比你更糟呢。」

「是嗎？」我抬起頭，發現其他人都不約而同地定睛看著朱公子，看看他說什麼。

原來大家都有這樣一個傾向，便是當自己低沈時，總會留意有誰比自己更差更慘，然後暗地慶幸一番。

「有次有位 MS (Medical student，醫學生) 在病房因小事被他痛罵，正當教授在咆哮時，忽然，MS的眼鏡片跌了下來。」

「後來怎樣了？」有人問。教授罵人兇惡，一點不出奇，但連對方鏡片也震跌，這還是第一次聽見，很明顯，教授中氣十足，是咆哮的聲波令鏡片跌下來。

「MS站在那裡動也不敢動．教授命令他撿起來── 'Pick it up!'」朱公子模仿著教授的語調說。

「然後... ...」我問，這位MS可被免疫吧？我想。

「撿起鏡片後，他再被罵半小時。」(四)
